In my experience, I've faced supervisors who dictated my professional development without my input and pressured me to provide special treatment to certain employees, against organizational policy. I've been denied promotions and training, and I've been made to feel that my work life would be difficult if I didn't ‘get with the program’. There's so many stories I could tell!

But here's the thing: sometimes, you're ready for a job, but the organization isn't ready for you. It's like any relationship - you court each other, go all-in. It’s at that time where unsavory cultures or perspectives can come to light.

Organizations are not perfect and human beings are a work in progress. Even the most seasoned of supervisors or highest ranked organization will have growing edges.What if the organization is fine? What if you just want MORE and BETTER?

Who is the Resume Optmizer Program, #LoveCareerFreedom for?

This is for job seekers and career changers who want premium support to get results around their goals for a more meaningful, high paying career that aligns with their long-goals of joy and financial freedom.

How will this program help me?

Every person is in a different situation with unique circumstances. This is a 1:1 customized program to help you achieve your specific goals within your unique circumstances. This is a holistic program that includes employment services such as but not limited to a new resume, cover letter, LinkedIn profile review, and more. If your goal includes applying to school – you will receive suggestion and coaching around your application materials. If your goal includes starting a new side hustle or business, I will advise you on the logistics and provide support for anything related you’d like me to review (marketing copy, mission, website, etc.) After completing this program, you will have clear direction for your next steps and the resources and employment materials needed to follow through.

How long does this program last?

Though this is a 7-week program, after 7 weeks, you can continue to get support through direct message and email. If you have any questions or need help after four months, you're always invited to ask for what you need in our private Facebook group.

What format does the course come in?

The Resume Optimizer program includes 1:1 coaching calls with me, training videos, and resources. All of this helps you move quicker with more clarity towards your goal. During the 7 weeks, you watch the bonus trainings at your own pace and meet 1:1 with me regularly to move forward with your goals.

Will I get a brand-new resume?

Yes! I have taken on a new team member, Ashley – she is my vetted, excellent resume writer! During this program, she will work with you 1:1 to craft a resume and cover letter that meets your goals. I will also review the resume with Ashley so you get the benefit of both of our expertise, however she will take the lead. This enables me to serve more clients and keep the investment at an accessible amount.

Do you guarantee that I will get a job?

I guarantee you will leave the program with the details and solutions you need to get a job that aligns with your career goals and that you're excited about. Only you are accountable for completing the program and implementing what you’ve learned. I’m glad to be on this journey with you!

Will I increase my income?

This program puts a lot of effort into teaching you how to assess your professional worth and negotiate your compensation. One of the goals of this program is to increase your income in a meaningful way. You receive a done-for-you resume optimization, salary negotiation training, and 1:1 consulting around increasing your earning potential. This program requires that you make time to join me during our private 1:1 sessions during the seven weeks. You'll also need time to watch the pre-recorded bonus trainings. There will also be some tasks you're invited to do outside of our 1:1 sessions.
